4. Client Responsibilities

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. Specific confidentiality terms may be outlined in separate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) or service agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RPT.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claims arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for those specific services.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

RPT.AI will perform services in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. However, we make no warranties regarding specific outcomes, performance metrics, or business results unless explicitly stated in a service agreement.

The website and general information are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms, APIs, or services (e.g., OpenAI, AWS, Azure). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. RPT.AI is not responsible for third-party service performance, availability, or changes to terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services as outlined in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RPT.AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

RPT.AI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
