Open Roles
Senior AI Engineer
What You'll Do:
- • Build production AI systems for enterprise clients (voice AI, copilots, automation)
- • Architect LLM-powered workflows and integrate with existing systems (EHR, CRM, ERP)
- • Implement monitoring, observability, and optimization for production AI systems
- • Work directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical strategy
What We're Looking For:
- • 5+ years building production systems (AI experience is a plus, not required)
- • Strong programming skills (Python, TypeScript, or similar)
- • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- • Shipped products that serve real users in production
- • Excited about AI and willing to learn quickly
AI Solutions Architect
What You'll Do:
- • Lead technical discovery and architecture design for client engagements
- • Evaluate and recommend AI technologies (LLMs, vector databases, frameworks)
- • Design system integration strategies with enterprise platforms
- • Present technical solutions to C-level executives and technical teams
- • Own the technical relationship throughout implementation
What We're Looking For:
- • 7+ years in enterprise software architecture or consulting
- • Experience with AI/ML technologies (hands-on or advisory)
- • Comfortable presenting to executives and technical audiences
- • Understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, data warehouses)
- • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
